40+ Best AI Tools in 2025

August 15, 2025 | Zoey

Over the past three years, AI has advanced at an incredibly rapid pace, almost to the point of overwhelming us. Whether it's writing, image editing, video generation, programming, or office automation, the number of AI tools is growing exponentially. Open social media and you'll find disruptive new product releases almost daily. Simultaneously, AI tool guides have sprung up—but the problem is, these guides often offer paid listings, leaving truly useful, cost-effective, and long-term AI tools buried in a sea of commercial promotions.

To identify the AI tools truly worth recommending in 2025, we personally conducted in-depth testing, user experience, and comparisons of hundreds of products on the market, narrowing down our list to those that excel in efficiency, creativity, and ease of use.

The best AI tools by category

What Are AI Tools?

AI tools are software or platforms that use artificial intelligence to perform tasks or solve problems.

These AI tools can be used for a wide range of tasks, from simple scheduling to complex creative tasks, such as creating a video from scratch.

How I selected the AI software in this list?

My approach to selecting this list of AI tools is simple: I first screened candidates from major communities, industry news, and user recommendations. Then, I conducted a preliminary screening based on criteria such as active updates, transparent pricing, privacy compliance, and ease of use.

After this initial screening, I then conducted real-world testing in the same environment. For example, for writing, I tested outline generation and rewriting and polishing; for video, I tested speed and quality; and for conferences, I tested transcription accuracy and searchability. Evaluation criteria included quality, efficiency, ease of use, integration capabilities, and stability.

This article does not include any paid advertising. I ensure that every tool I recommend is proven in the field, not just based on hype.

1. AI chat assistants

Do you wish for an intelligent assistant that understands your questions and provides helpful answers, but you're unsure what tools to use? No need to worry anymore, AI chat assistants are here to help. Simply enter your question or need, and AI chat assistants will understand your intent and provide information, suggestions, and even help you with writing, planning, and creative tasks.

ChatGPT

Almost everyone has heard of ChatGPT, and many of us use it daily for various personal and work tasks. While some alternative AI chat assistants are also excellent, ChatGPT remains my top choice.

One feature I particularly like is the ability to upload files for analysis. At work, I often upload PDFs, spreadsheets, or screenshots and have ChatGPT help me summarize the content, analyze the information, or extract data. Recently, I uploaded a PDF of a customer feedback survey, and ChatGPT helped me quickly identify the key questions and user concerns. Another time, I uploaded a sales history spreadsheet, and it not only summarized sales trends by region but also automatically generated recommended chart types, allowing me to more intuitively present the data to my team and saving me hours of manual analysis.

ChatGPT can be used for free, though the free tier offers only limited access to the newest models. The Plus plan, priced at $20 per month, unlocks all the advanced features and faster performance. You can use it to write marketing copy, conduct market research, or craft sales emails.

Claude

Claude has long been the go-to AI programming tool for many developers. While I'm not a professional developer, Claude is often my go-to when I'm trying to write code.

It excels at generating concise, well-documented code, explaining the purpose of each section in plain language. Compared to ChatGPT, I've encountered fewer logic errors or "hearsay" errors with Claude, and the code is more reliable. I especially like the communication style—it feels like they're working together to solve the problem, rather than just spewing out answers.

Of course, Claude occasionally fails, failing to process requests due to "unexpected capacity constraints." Anthropic explains that capacity planning for large-scale AI services like these is inherently challenging, so brief periods of service degradation or unavailability are normal.

Gemini

Gemini, Google's AI-powered chat assistant, currently tops the LLM Arena leaderboard. It boasts a large context window and can handle over one million tags, making it easy to analyze long documents and conduct multi-round questioning. Furthermore, Gemini generates podcast-style audio summaries, making it easy to quickly access information during commutes or in small bursts of time. This is a significant benefit for commuters.

Gemini offers both free and paid plans: Pro costs $19.99 per month, while Ultra costs $124.99 per month.

Grok

Grok is an AI assistant launched by Elon Musk's xAI, tightly integrated with X (formerly Twitter). While it can also be used as a standalone assistant, it's most commonly used for analyzing and interacting with X. Grok's most notable feature is its real-time access to public posts on X. It aggregates trending topics, analyzes conversations, and generates humorous and sarcastic responses, making it ideal for tracking trends or entertainment.

Grok comes with multiple reasoning modes, such as "Thinking Mode" for optimizing responses and "Deep Search Mode" for finding information online. The free version offers limited access, while the paid versions (Basic, Premium, or Premium+) unlock greater access and the latest models. Premium+ costs $16 per month.

Grok's strengths lie in its real-time integration of social data and its entertainment value, but it lacks professional writing, advanced reasoning, or versatility. Its humorous style can sometimes compromise professionalism, and its accuracy is lower when handling complex queries or structured data. Its open-ended responses can also introduce bias and risks.

Meta AI

Meta AI, currently available only in the United States, is the first step in the integration of AI capabilities across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. In addition to answering questions, Meta AI can also generate images and short animations based on prompts. While browsing Meta's social platform, you can also use it to compress massive feeds and quickly gain easy-to-understand insights about your friends and followers.

While Meta AI's performance isn't as comprehensive as ChatGPT, it's still very capable. Thanks to its Llama 4 model, it makes fewer mistakes when handling complex logic and challenging questions. Whether generating text, answering questions, summarizing online information, or engaging in general conversation, Meta AI's performance is very close to ChatGPT.

2. AI video generator

While mature video editing technology is still evolving, there are already a number of AI tools that can generate complete, flawless videos directly from images or text.

This list only briefly mentions a few. If you're looking for more AI video generators that meet other requirements, please see our selection of the best AI video generators.

Synthesia

Synthesia creates realistic videos of virtual humans without the need for cameras, microphones, or a studio. Synthesia is commonly used for training, internal communications, employee onboarding, and customer support videos, but it's also suitable for marketing content, product demonstrations, and explainer videos.

Synthesia supports custom avatars, a rich selection of templates, and over 230 digital avatars in over 140 languages. It even offers automatic translation into 29 languages, facilitating global content distribution.

While it's not suited for cinematic storytelling, its stability, professionalism, and ease of use make it a top choice for businesses looking to quickly produce high-quality videos. The free version allows you to generate 36 minutes of video per year, while paid plans start at $29 per month.

Viddo AI

Viddo AI supports a variety of creative methods, from text-to-video, image-to-video, and art style generation. The barrier to entry for using Viddo AI is extremely low: simply select the AI model of your choice (such as Veo3, Runway Gen-4, Midjourney, etc.), enter a creative prompt, or upload an image, and you'll quickly generate your work.
For example, I tried converting the text "On a summer street, a beam of light shines through the leaves onto a jogging figure" into a video. Within minutes, I had a consistent, smooth video clip with dynamic lighting and a sense of atmosphere, requiring no manual editing experience. For content creators, this is undoubtedly a time-saving and efficient tool.
Viddo AI's greatest advantage is that it is a true "convergent video platform." It integrates advanced models such as Veo3, Runway Gen-4, Midjourney, and Seedance, covering a variety of creative methods, including text, images, video, and audio, providing a one-stop creation experience.
Users no longer need to switch back and forth between different tools; they can directly generate high-quality visual content from text or image input.

Runway

Runway is a professional AI video tool designed for filmmakers. Its strength lies in its rich and advanced features, allowing you to capture cinematic footage. Dynamic brushes and camera controls allow precise adjustment of scene motion and perspective, while the repair tool easily cleans up background clutter without affecting other elements, significantly saving time in post-production.

The free version has limited functionality, such as recording short videos or converting images to videos, but it offers fast processing speeds and stable output quality. For users seeking high creative control without the constraints of cumbersome traditional editing software, Runway is one of the most powerful browser-based video tools. The new Gen-3 Alpha model takes this even further, supporting AI video generation, training custom models, and drawing in partial frames with text prompts. This allows for a gentle learning curve and allows for continued rapid development.

Google Veo

Google's Veo is a powerful creative AI-powered video generation tool capable of creating realistic visual effects for a variety of scenarios.

I primarily use Veo for social media marketing videos. Veo 3 is more expensive; it requires a subscription to Google AI Pro ($19.99 per month) or Ultra ($249.99 per month), but it adds audio generation, making it even more practical.

Of course, if you're looking for Veo 3 on a budget, I recommend Viddo AI.

OpusClip

OpusClip is an AI-powered tool designed for content creators. It automatically converts long videos into short clips suitable for social media platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok. My favorite features are its AI curation, which analyzes the video content to select the most engaging parts, and its AI Virality Score, which uses data from thousands of popular videos to predict which clips have the potential to go viral.

In addition to smart editing, OpusClip also offers basic editing features like adding subtitles, filtering for keywords, and customizing videos using templates, making short video production more efficient. For creators who frequently need to transform long videos into engaging short clips, OpusClip is a very useful tool.

Descript

Descript transcribes your video into a transcript. Instead of using the timeline to trim the audio and video tracks, you can simply edit the text transcript. As you do this, the video is automatically trimmed. The rest of the editing process works similarly, reducing the time it takes to edit your video.

3. AI image generator

AI Image Generator makes creation easier than ever. Simply enter a prompt or upload a reference image, and the system will understand your concept and generate artwork with diverse styles and rich details. Whether you're a designer, content creator, or just looking to fuel your inspiration, AI Image Generator can help you easily realize your imagination.

Midjourney

Midjourney generates stunning images simply by entering a prompt. Initially only available through Discord, it can now be created directly in the browser, significantly lowering the barrier to entry. As one of the first AI image generation tools to enter the mainstream market, Midjourney has been a key player in the field since its launch in 2022, with its painterly quality and high-quality source images suitable for video generation. Its model has been continuously refined, driven by millions of user feedback.

The only downside to Midjourney is that it has discontinued its free plan; image generation now requires a subscription. Paid plans start at $10 per month, with premium plans offering longer generation times and additional features like video support and incognito mode.

GPT-4o

ChatGPT remains an industry leader and one of the earliest chatbots to gain popularity. Besides writing marketing copy, conducting market research, and crafting sales emails, it also boasts impressive built-in image generation capabilities—the same force behind the "Ghibli-style" AI avatars that went viral.

It supports text-to-image and image-to-image generation in a variety of artistic styles. I use it most often for creating cover images for blog posts. Using it a few times a day is sufficient for my needs, and for those who don't generate images frequently, the free version's daily quota is more than sufficient. Furthermore, it now reliably generates images with text, a feature that many other tools (such as DALL·E 3) struggle to achieve, making it even more practical for creative work.

FLUX.1

Since Stability.ai's decline, many core members of the original team have left to form Black Forest Labs, bringing with them their first text-to-image model series—FLUX.1.

My own experience has shown that FLUX.1's generation quality is significantly superior to the more common Stable Diffusion versions, and its popularity in the AI art community continues to grow. Compared to Stable Diffusion, I recommend FLUX.1 for those seeking to experience open AI image creation. It comes in two versions: FLUX.1 Schnell, licensed under the Apache 2.0 open source license, is freely available; while the higher-performance FLUX.1 is free for non-commercial use.

If you don't want to bother with installation, the easiest way is to try it online on platforms like NightCafe, Tensor.Art, or Civitai. Sign up for a free account and start drawing, and you can also compare your work with other models. Just be aware that the styles of artwork on these sites vary, and some content may not be suitable for public viewing.

4. AI music generator

As creative methods continue to evolve, AI music generators make music creation easier than ever. Whether you need to create music for a video or commercial, or want to create your own original song, simply enter a prompt or select a style, and AI will generate high-quality tracks, helping you quickly realize your creative ideas while saving significant production time.

Suno

I frequently use Suno to generate background music for social media content, short videos, and commercials. With a simple prompt, it creates original, royalty-free, high-quality tracks. Its biggest draw for me is that it saves me time searching for music while also making my work sound more professional.

However, Suno isn't just a work tool; it's also a form of entertainment. In my free time, I use it to write songs imitating the styles of my favorite artists, which I have a blast playing. For example, I once used it to create a light dance track with a retro electronic feel, themed "Coffee Keeps Me Running." The chorus was so catchy I listened to it all day.

While AI-generated music doesn't yet rival the emotional depth of human creation, it offers unparalleled efficiency and creativity. Suno's Pro plan, in particular, is fast and offers commercial licensing, making it perfect for someone like me who wants to publish externally. It also automates the entire process, including lyrics, instrumentation, and vocals, all in one go. I even used it to write a song called "Sushi Party in Outer Space," which sounds like something straight out of a sci-fi cartoon. Even if you just play it for a while, you can't help but try it a few more times.

Udio

I think Udio is perfect for musicians who enjoy fine-tuning their work. It offers greater editing freedom than Suno, allowing you to regenerate sections, extend favorite parts, and fine-tune lyrics until you're satisfied. While Udio isn't incredibly fast, it's a good choice for those who appreciate structure and customization. The free version offers 100 points and 50 songs per month, which is plenty for daily creative work. Upgrading unlocks more features.

AIVA

AIVA is one of my go-to AI music generation tools, offering a wide range of possibilities. Besides text prompts, you can directly select a style (from epic orchestral to cyberpunk), create by following chord progressions, and even upload audio for inspiration. After generating a sound, I fine-tune it in the timeline editor, adding and removing instrument tracks to refine the final product to the desired vibe.

5. AI writing tools

AI can understand the structure and logic of natural language, generating textual content at near-human levels. These tools can not only help you efficiently write work emails, templates, and story outlines, but also easily create blog posts or social media content. However, the biggest question when choosing an AI writing tool is: What are their unique advantages, and why is it more worth using them than ChatGPT or other general-purpose assistants?

Jasper

Jasper is an incredibly useful AI-powered content creation tool, especially for those who need to quickly produce large amounts of content. It features a wealth of built-in templates to help you get started quickly, and it can also connect to the internet for research and generate AI-generated images, making content creation more efficient and comprehensive. Even before ChatGPT became popular, Jasper was the go-to platform for bloggers and content teams.

The platform's core feature is Jasper AI Copilot. Like a personal AI assistant, it learns your brand's style, tone, and strategy, tracks content performance, and provides actionable optimization suggestions based on data. Whether you're writing blog posts, marketing copy, or planning a quarterly content calendar, Copilot helps you easily manage and optimize your work, making creation effortless and on-brand.

Copy.ai

Copy.ai is an AI-powered content creation platform focused on marketing and sales, suitable for scenarios like email marketing and multilingual translation. It integrates with over 2,000 apps and easily integrates into existing workflows, making it easy to get started quickly and easily without complex setup.

Unlike other AI writing tools, Copy.ai offers a complete collaborative workspace where team members can interact and set up their own workflows for AI-generated content. You can also create a custom tone of voice for your brand, ensuring AI output consistently adheres to your brand's style.

Rytr

Rytr is a super useful AI writing assistant perfect for quickly churning out social media posts, product descriptions, and email drafts. It's easy to use, comes with built-in plagiarism detection, and supports over 30 languages, making multilingual content creation a breeze. With over 40 templates, you can get started quickly without having to worry about where to start. While writing long, in-depth articles might be a bit overwhelming, it's a fast and effective tool for freelancers, marketers, or small businesses. I highly recommend it!

Grammarly

Grammarly is a long-established writing tool that helps check spelling, grammar, and sentence structure. Every professional writer uses it to check their grammar before posting. It also helps you refine your tone, making your writing clearer and more natural, and offers suggestions for simplifying lengthy or complex expressions. It also includes some basic AI-generated text generation features, making it a useful tool for writing, making your writing more professional and readable.

Humanize AI

With more and more people using AI chatbots to directly generate content, Google has begun cracking down on these users. Humanize AI aims to make AI-generated text more natural and engaging. While often generated quickly, many pieces of content often lack a human touch. Humanize AI aims to address this issue, making content read like a real person, making marketing copy, social media posts, emails, and blog posts more engaging and relevant to readers.

Wordtune

Wordtune is a tool that helps you refine your wording and rephrase sentences for smoother, more persuasive writing. Simply enter your text and it'll offer a wealth of replacement options to adjust tone, structure, or style. It supports browser extensions and multi-platform functionality, and works in real time in virtually any text input environment, making writing, editing, and polishing effortless and efficient.

6. AI design tools

AI design programs aim to leverage AI to help users quickly create and optimize visual content. Whether it's graphic design, brand identity, social media assets, or web and app interfaces, AI design tools offer features like intelligent templates, automatic layouts, color schemes, and image generation.

Canva

My main reasons for recommending Canva are its ease of use and comprehensive features. Whether it's creating social media images, presentations, or copywriting, it's a one-stop solution. Its built-in AI tools allow you to quickly generate templates, text, and animations, eliminating the need for tedious steps while maintaining a professional and consistent design. For those who aren't design experts or those looking to improve efficiency, Canva is a worthwhile choice.

Looka

Looka is a powerful AI-powered design platform focused on generating logos, branding kits, and social media assets. Users can choose from hundreds of customizable logos in a variety of high-resolution file types (such as SVG, PNG, and PDF) and with black and white, color, or transparent backgrounds. After generating a logo, Looka automatically creates a branding kit encompassing marketing assets like invoices, flyers, menus, and email signatures, as well as social media templates optimized for Facebook and Instagram.

Looka's strength lies in its ability to quickly generate professional logos and complete branding kits, but it is limited in its ability to fine-tune details or intricate artistic designs. The platform itself is free to use, with fees only incurred when downloading logos or branding kit assets.

7. AI audio generators

Are you often overwhelmed by creating podcasts, voiceovers, or background music? Don't worry, AI audio tools are now making it easier.

AI audio generators understand your text or prompts and instantly generate natural, fluent speech, adjusting tone, emotion, and style. Whether you're telling a story, creating a course, recording a marketing video, or composing original music, they can help you skip the hassle of a recording studio, microphones, and editing, making creation fast and fun.

ElevenLabs

ElevenLabs is truly the coolest AI voice generation platform out there! It supports high-quality text-to-speech and voice cloning, and offers over 300 voices, including those of famous figures like Disney's Kim Possible. You can even adjust the language, timbre, and number of speakers, and use voice tags to control emotion and delivery, allowing you to instantly whisper, sarcastically, or even burst out in laughter from the same text—it's incredibly entertaining.

It also features AI Dubbing Studio, which can generate multilingual voiceovers for videos, making it perfect for dubbing or translation. The voices are natural and flexible, and you can even clone your own voice to create your own creations, which feels a bit magical and exciting. ElevenLabs offers a free plan (10,000 credits), while paid plans start at $5 per month. Premium plans unlock even higher sound quality, voice cloning, and API access. Overall, if you're looking to create high-quality audio content, this platform is a must-have!

Murf

Murf is a truly useful AI voice generation tool, perfect for creative, business, and educational use. It offers over 120 pre-built AI voices and can even clone your own voice, making it easy to add voiceovers to presentations, videos, or reports. Even better, Murf supports plugins for Canva and Google Slides, allowing you to add voiceovers directly to your slides, even adding background music or uploading your own tracks. Windows users can also download the app for more powerful native functionality.

The interface is incredibly intuitive, allowing you to drag and drop everything, eliminating the need for technical skills. It's perfect for explainer videos or internal presentations. The free plan allows for 10 minutes of voice generation and transcription, and includes access to all 120+ voices. If you need more features, the Creator Plan, priced at $29 per month, unlocks unlimited downloads, more voice resources, and commercial use. Honestly, while ElevenLabs' voice quality is superior, Murf is easier to use and more than enough for most everyday creative tasks.

Podcastle

Ah, Podcastle! It's a true blessing for podcasters and audio creators! Not only does it help you generate ultra-realistic AI voices, but you can also edit, enhance, and export your content—all from a single source. Its Async-powered voice engine makes it incredibly fast and highly scalable, making it ideal for teams and large-scale content creation. Choose from over 1,000 AI voices, and even clone your own voice from a small sample. The resulting voice is incredibly natural, with emotion and personality.

On the downside, cloning requires a clean sample, and its web-based workflow might be a little jarring if you're used to native desktop apps. Overall, Podcastle is truly powerful, especially for mass content creation or remote team collaboration—it's time-saving, effortless, and efficient. As for pricing, it offers different plans to suit every need, from entry-level to advanced.

8. AI marketing tools

AI marketing tools can help you quickly generate advertising copy, social media content, email marketing materials, and even optimize SEO, allowing you to focus on strategy and creativity instead of repetitive work.

AdCreative

AdCreative is an AI-powered platform designed to streamline the ad creation process for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. Honestly, I've tried it and found it to be incredibly time-saving and hassle-free, while still producing professional-looking results.

As someone with no design background, I particularly appreciate how quickly it generates working ads. Simply enter basic information like your product and target audience, and it'll create multiple, polished ads tailored to different platforms, often requiring only minor adjustments. The intuitive interface is easy for beginners to navigate, and text, images, and even brand logos can be easily edited. Want to run A/B tests? No problem! Just tweak the headlines or visuals. At $39 per month, whether it's a bargain or a price depends on your comparison.

AirOps

AirOps is a real powerhouse in content operations! Positioned as a "content operations engine," it focuses on scalable content creation. Honestly, it's helped me easily create blog posts, refresh landing pages, optimize ad copy, and even generate SEO metadata for hundreds of pages at once. It's truly liberating from repetitive, tedious tasks, freeing me up to focus on more interesting things.

Its user-friendly drag-and-drop interface makes building complex workflows a breeze. And the "Power Steps" module, which automates keyword research and content cannibalization detection, is truly hassle-free. AirOps supports the latest ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini models, and will soon support more LLM, image, and even video models. The output quality will, of course, depend on your workflow design, but the platform offers a wealth of tutorials and webinars, making learning incredibly easy. While the price may be a bit high, the platform's powerful features make it a perfect fit for teams looking to improve marketing efficiency. Highly recommended!

9. AI conferencing and transcription assistants

The emergence of AI tools has significantly improved meeting efficiency. Numerous AI tools are now available that can transcribe meeting content in real time, generate accurate notes, and organize them into easy-to-understand summaries.

Below, I've listed some noteworthy AI conferencing and transcription assistants. For more feature-rich tools tailored to different needs, please refer to our curated list of the best AI conferencing and transcription assistants.

Fathom

Fathom is seriously one of the most useful AI tools I use in my daily work! It's an AI-powered meeting note-taking assistant that joins your Zoom or Microsoft Teams meetings, records the entire conversation, and keeps track of what everyone said.

Best of all, it not only generates a full transcript but also a coherent summary. It's saved me countless times when I've forgotten an action item or need to review someone's instructions. The free version is functional, but the premium version, at $19 per month, unlocks unlimited AI features and more integrations. Seriously, this tool is so amazing that you'll wonder why you didn't use it before!

However, these advanced features come at a cost. Nyota offers a 7-day free trial, and prices start at $12 per month for individuals, $39 per month for small teams, and $89 per month for large teams. Avoma offers a variety of pricing plans, from a free entry-level plan to a paid professional version, tailored to your team size and feature needs.

10. AI email assistants

Email remains a primary mode of communication in the modern workplace, but handling the daily influx of emails can be overwhelming. This is where AI-powered email assistants come in handy. They can help you quickly compose, optimize, and even automate email replies, making communication more efficient while maintaining a professional or personal tone. Whether it's daily tasks, client follow-ups, or marketing promotions, these tools make managing your email experience effortless and efficient.

Fyxer

Fyxer is a truly impressive AI-powered email assistant. After connecting it to Gmail, it automatically organized my inbox and sorted emails into appropriate folders, which was a real relief.

Even better, it generates draft replies tailored to my writing stylethough the AI still needs time to "learn" my voice, it's already very close to my style, making editing much faster than writing from scratch.

Fyxer also has a meeting note-taking feature. While I'm more comfortable using dedicated tools, it's still quite handy for occasional emergencies.

If you're looking to reduce the time you spend dealing with email, it's definitely worth a try. Pricing starts at $30 per month, with advanced features starting at $50. There are also custom plans for businesses, all with a 7-day free trial.

Shortwave

Shortwave combines email organization, composing, searching, and scheduling into one app.

In particular, its AI-assisted drafting and deep search features are a lifesaver for finding old emails like invoices and contracts.

While it doesn't have the AI-powered meeting note-taking capabilities of Fyxer, I already have other tools for that, so it's no problem.

I usually use Shortwave for my personal email; it's lightweight, practical, and affordable. For work, I still choose Fyxer for its conferencing and automation features.

Shortwave offers a free plan with AI assistance and 90 days of searchable history; the individual plan costs $8.50 per month and unlocks more features.

Hubspot Email Writer

HubSpot's AI-powered email assistant inspires creativity and makes it easy to write personalized emails at scale. Whether it's a sales pitch or a marketing newsletter, it generates the right copy, allowing you to adjust the tone and lengthen or shorten the content at willit's incredibly flexible.

My favorite aspect is that it integrates directly with HubSpot's CRM database, allowing you to send emails, track progress, and automatically record conversations in one go, maximizing response rates.

You can even use the AI assistant directly within Gmail, eliminating the need to constantly switch tabs. For busy marketing and sales teams, AI Email Writer is a truly time-saving and reliable tool.

The platform integrates a variety of large language models (LLMs) and other model types to ensure accurate and rapid processing of user requests.

Manus can be used for in-depth research and content creation. For example, users can use the platform to research historical events and generate complete blog sites, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and accompanying image assets, for a professional and reliable result. n8n

n8n helps you automate mundane, repetitive, and time-consuming tasks. It might seem a bit complex at first, but once you get the hang of it, you'll find it's incredibly intuitive and easy to use. Simply connect apps and services to a visual workflow, dragging and linking nodes to automate actions—no coding required. However, if you're a bit of a coder, you can even add custom functions to extend its functionality.

I've set up a workflow that automatically backs up data to a Google Sheet every morning: It triggers at 7:00 AM, extracts records from an internal SQL database, and appends them to a spreadsheet. It runs silently in the background, saving me countless hours each day. n8n's Basic plan starts at €20 per month, which includes 2,500 executions. The Professional plan, €50 per month, offers more workflows, faster execution, and additional features.
