1.Login functionality has been fully restored.
2.Credits for paid users prior to January 30, 2026, have been gradually restored.
3.Historical online project data prior to January 30, 2026, has not yet been fully restored. Our service provider is still processing it, and we are continuously urging them to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Future improvement measures:
1.We will cooperate with multiple server providers to ensure data redundancy with multiple backups, fundamentally preventing similar issues from occurring in the future.
2.To express our apologies, starting from January 31, 2026, we will provide all paid users with at least 2 years of online storage and access for their projects. We also recommend that you can also download your creations in time as your backups.
